itaraGO (“we”, “us”) operates the itaraGO mobile app and the itarago.web.app website. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the app you agree to this policy.

What we collect

• Account data — when you create an account, we store your name, email and phone number so you can sign in and sync your progress across devices.
• Progress data — your quiz results, scores and study history, so the app can show your dashboard and lets you resume where you left off.
• Payment confirmation data — when you subscribe, the payment provider confirms status; we store the subscription state so the app knows which features to unlock.

How we store data

Data is stored securely in Google’s Firebase Realtime Database (project hosted by Google Cloud). We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising.

Payments

Subscriptions are processed by third-party providers (MoMo/XentriPay). We never receive or store your card, mobile-money PIN or account credentials.

Ads and analytics

The app does not display third-party ads. Basic, non-personal usage analytics may be used to improve the app.

Your rights

You can access and correct your account information from the app (Profayili → Hindura Imyirondoro), or request deletion of your account and data at any time.
