1. The service

itaraGO is an educational app that helps you prepare for the Rwandan provisional driving licence exam using past-paper and Highway Code content, quizzes, road-sign practice and timed mock exams. Content is provided “as is” for learning purposes and is not a guarantee of passing any official test.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You must be old enough to open an account where that is required by the laws of your country.

3. Subscriptions

Subscription access is granted after payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing or content in the future with reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• reproduce, resell or redistribute the content or materials;
• attempt to access accounts that are not your own;
• interfere with the app, its servers or security.

5. Content and accuracy

We review content regularly, but educational material may change. The app is a study tool; always confirm current rules with the official authorities before taking an exam.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, itaraGO is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including failure to pass an exam.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
